Private network for restaurant operators
Better vendor intelligence.
Better operator decisions.
MOM helps restaurant founders and owner-operators make smarter decisions through trusted relationships, real benchmarks, and candid operator-to-operator conversations.
Why MOM exists
Operators still make critical decisions with partial information.
Most restaurant operators are buying against opaque pricing, incomplete benchmarks, and vendor-led narratives. The information gap is real, and it compounds across labor, software, equipment, and services.
MOM exists to close that gap with trusted operator relationships, clearer market context, and the kind of honest conversation you rarely get in public rooms.
"The best operator decisions come from better context, better benchmarks, and people who will actually tell you the truth."
What members get
A sharper edge on the decisions that matter.
Real operator benchmarks
See what peers are actually paying, what they regret, and where the market really sits beyond vendor decks and sales narratives.
Trusted operator relationships
Build relationships with founders and operators who have real scar tissue, real context, and no incentive to sugarcoat the answer.
Cleaner vendor intelligence
Get candid signal on vendors, pricing, and tradeoffs without pay-to-play noise, sponsored takes, or marketplace incentives muddying the room.
What makes MOM different
Curated, candid, operator-first.
MOM is intentionally built for signal over scale. The point is not to collect names. The point is to create a room where the right people can actually help each other.
Curated membership
We optimize for trust and relevance, not volume. Every member changes the room.
Candid signal
Members share what is actually happening, not what sounds polished in public.
Useful relationships
The goal is better decisions, better intros, and long-term operator leverage.
Where MOM comes to life
Small rooms. Strong operators. Better conversations.
MOM brings operators together through curated dinners, working sessions, and honest off-the-record conversations. The events matter, but the ongoing relationships are the real asset.
Founder
Andrew Wang
Andrew built MOM from a simple conviction: operators deserve better information, better relationships, and a better room than the ones vendors usually control.
After years in F&B and operator-adjacent roles, he kept seeing the same pattern, smart operators making major decisions without enough clean context. MOM is his answer to that problem.
"If the best insights stay trapped in private conversations, the people outside those rooms keep paying for it. MOM is about opening up the right conversations to the right operators."
How to join
Built for trust, not for scale.
MOM is curated carefully. Every member affects the room, so the bar stays intentionally high.
